We now ship to most countries from Hong Kong via S.F. Express and Fedex. Orders ship every business day and you will receive a shipping confirmation email with tracking numbers. Depending on your country, shipping cost may varies, and it will take 2-14 business days to arrive.

Import Tax and Duties

Please be advised that import taxes, duties and related customs fees may be charged once the parcel arrives at the destination country. These charges are determined by the customs office of the regarding destination. Payment of these charges and taxes is the responsibility of the recipient and will not be covered by FEVERGUY. For further details of charges, please contact your local customs office. In some occasions, packages may be delayed due to custom clearance.

Customers should check their local postal regulations on restricted items since we cannot be held liable for any items that are not accepted into the regarding country.

Return and Refund

If you received a faulty, incorrect or missing items, please contact us straight away at hello@feverguy.com within 7 days of purchase. We will try our best to sort it out for you. In most cases, we will request customers to return the items, and we will send a replacement asap. Other than that, all orders are final and cannot be cancelled or returned. We do not offer exchange or refund for placed orders.
